Sections that by nature should survive (including ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where CRED PR principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer or data-protection laws provide otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable law.
